HOW WE HANDLE - THE PROCESS

They say practice makes perfect. And we know it’s a fact. That’s why we approach every project according to a repeatable process that works. Whether we’re undertaking a global rebrand, or creating a quick run of business cards for a one-person startup, the approach is the same. It goes like this:

We Listen

Having a chat about what people want, why they want it and what their concerns are is really important. Cost is almost always on their list of priorities, but things like security or noise reduction is often a top priority for clients, and that is why we don’t employ salespeople, who may only focus on getting the right financial deal. Our team are motivated by getting the right product and service for our clients

The Design

People do like to know the numbers but they also really want to see what they are investing in. Getting the design right is critical to the success of any domestic or commercial project. We don’t design networks in isolation – we consider the overall look of the property and the surrounding area. We are not just fitting everything here and there; we will work on the usability and workflow design and improving the look and feel of someone’s home and office space adding social value to our communities.

Planning

At Greyhoopoe we know that having any structural or improvement work can be invasive and can impact on the day-to-day life of the building, irrespective of its use. We plan every project in detail so that the impact of the work is kept to a minimum. We fully appreciate that people’s lives will be interrupted by our work and our planning team consider this from the start of any project undertaken.

We are an experienced team and have many years practice under our belts, so we do understand all planning and local regulations, which must always be adhered to.

Installation

So we have got to the stage where something actually happens. We know all of the desires of the client and the requirement for the project, we have assessed the impact of the project on their daily routine and we are ready to go! All of our installation teamwork across our domestic and commercial marketplace and each team member is trained and experienced in their roles. They treat every job as if it were on their own property and leave the site each day as clean and secure as possible. Our team really does go the extra mile because they care and take great pride in their work.

Testing

The final state the testing process, the installation and done! its not the thing, we test the system thoroughly so that you can get the work done without any issues.

Maintenance

We know all electronic parts will stop working in some point of time, even we use the high quality supplies, and in some cases we need to replace the batteries and there are so many things that we should maintain regularly. We are here so you can call us in case of any emergency. And we have maintenance contracts so you don't have to bother at all.
